These terms apply to every order placed on photornament.com. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
Made-to-order products
Every ornament is made to order with the names, dates, words and photos you provide. Colors and placement can vary slightly from the photos on the site, because screens differ and each piece is produced individually.
Your personalization
We print your personalization as you enter it, so please check spelling, dates and capitalization before you order. If you notice a mistake, email hello@photornament.com as soon as possible; changes and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Photos and content you send us
By uploading a photo or text you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use your photos only to make your order, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may decline an order containing content that is unlawful or offensive, and will refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. If a price or product detail is shown incorrectly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during the holiday season. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Because our products are personalized, different rules apply than for ready-made goods. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Our designs
The designs, photos and text on this site belong to Photornament and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
